Q - I'm not in the UK, how do I go about purchasing?
A - Email us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will quote you a shipping quote and delivery time.
Q - How will my order be packed ?
A - Having sold through mail order and online ordering for over twenty years we are vastly experienced in ensuring items are packed safely and adequately. We use a combination of recycled and new packaging material but will not use anything unfit for purpose.
Q - What condition can I expect my item/s to be in?
A - We sell retro, vintage, collectable and antique pieces up to and sometimes over one hundred years old. Items are always inspected in great detail and any major faults such as cracks & chips will be listed in the description. Please bear in mind that you may expect some minor age related signs of wear such as very small fine surface scratches/marks. These are not viewed by collectors as damage.
Q - What payment methods do you you accept?
A - We use the secure and reliable Shopify Payments systems which enables payment by most major debit and credit card providers. We also accept PayPal and cash on collection if picking up in person.
Q - Can you source items?
A - We will always attempt to source items for customers, if it's something we cannot find ourselves we have a network of dealers who we can put your details to.
Q - Do you hire out items for use in photo shoots or as props?
A - Yes we do. Hire rate is depending on the item, please email us at email@example.com for more information.
Q - Do you purchase items?
A - Depending on location, we don't usually buy single items unless exceptional pieces, collections are dependant on size, condition and location. Please email us for further details.
Q - Can I use your images for my school, college or university project?
A - For non commercial use this is absolutely fine, we are happy to help and no image credit needed.
Q - Can I use your image/s for a commercial product, advert or editorial?
A - We are happy for our images to be used with a credit to ourselves and a reasonable commercial rate depending on the use. We keep a database of RAW product photos for use in print publications as well.
